A key distinctive of the Navigators is labourers.  “The harvest is plentiful but the labourers are few, pray therefore, the Lord of the harvest to send out labourers into the harvest” (Matt 9:36-38).  Labourers are people who are sent into the harvest field to reach the lost, disciple new converts and teach them how to reach others.  We see the potential of every person to be a labourer and we desire to equip them and help them to labourer for a lifetime.  We see this modelled in Jesus working deeply with the 12 and in Paul working with Timothy, Silas and Titus for example.

As a result we have a number of people who live around Australia who do just this.  They disciple a few people, life on life, and help them to become disciple makers themselves.  We have people in places like Perth, Launceston, Bathurst, Port Macquarie, Townsville and Darwin.  They are linked in with us and if you want to check if anyone is in your town please contact our National Office (02) 8814 5006.
